Tips on Foot Care: Foot Odor?

Foot odor is caused by excessive perspiration.  There are over 250,000 sweat glands in the foot.  The use of antiperspirants and foot powders, along with vinegar and water soaks can lessen odor.  Proper foot hygiene is essential.  If your feet sweat excessively, it is ideal to change your shoes daily and change your socks more than just once daily.
